Morphology

Tuberous geophyte, up to 320 mm tall. Leaves trifoliolate, up to 200 mm diam., shortly hairy. Flowers in 2-7(-10) clusters, on a branched peduncle, up to 36 cm each, subsessile, petals 2, 4.5-6 mm long, white, with wine-red feathery markings, hypanthium 7-14 mm long.
