Morphology

Dwarf shrub, up to 250 mm tall, lateral branches ± spreading, young stems covered with short, white hairs. Leaves mostly alternate, narrowly to broadly lanceolate. Flowers in ± globose heads, floral bracteoles unequal, with a prominent awn in longer one, tepals silky, creamy pink.
